We are committed to helping employees achieve work-life balance in an era of low birth rates and an aging population by creating a supportive environment for childbirth and parenting. Key initiatives include our PC-OFF policy, flexible work arrangements, reduced hours for expectant mothers, and family care leave. We also foster a restorative atmosphere through cultural events, such as family invitation days and in-house concerts, where employees can recharge. Our successful labor-management collaboration led to our recertification as a 'Family-Friendly Company' by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family. Furthermore, to support national efforts to address low birth rates, we significantly increased our childbirth grants from KRW 1 million to KRW 10 million for the first and second child, and KRW 30 million for the third.
