KAI holds annual collective bargaining meetings and
quarterly labor-management meetings with unions and
forms working subcommittees for each issue to
seek solutions together.
Furthermore, KAI holds annual management briefings
for employees to enhance their understanding of
the Company's management goals and issues and
actively communicates with them so that they can actively participate in achieving the Company's goals.
